Delivery Policy (ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা)
1. প্রি-অর্ডার প্রসেসিং টাইম: সকল প্রি-অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট সাধারণত অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ১০-১৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রস্তুত ও পাঠানো হয়। আমরা দেশের বাহিরে থেকে প্রোডাক্ট সোর্সিং করি।
Return & Exchange Policy (রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা):
1.রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের কারণ হতে হবে:
- ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হলে
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ড্যামেজড পণ্য পেলে (ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ)
- সাইজ সমস্যা হলে (এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে, রিটার্ন নয়)
2.রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের সময়সীমা: প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে ইনবক্সে জানাতে হবে এবং ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। 3.যে সকল ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:
- পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হলে
- কাস্টমাইজড/মেইড-টু-অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট
- ওয়াশ/ড্যামেজ করার পরে রিটার্ন করা হলে
4. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা: আমরা মূলত ''রিফান্ড নয়'', ''এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি'' অনুসরণ করি। তবে কোনো কারণে স্টক না থাকলে বিকল্প না থাকলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে ৫-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে। 📌 গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য কুরিয়ার চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন। তবে আমাদের ভুল হলে সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার আমরা নেব।
